The price is based on a single person in a double occupancy on Bed & breakfast basis. Single occupancy requires pre booking and will involve an extra cost of $360 total per person for the entire duration.
This mission is based on a minimum registration of 25 volunteers!

Included in this price:

Hotel: 6 nights at Brown Brut Sea Front hotel (or similar) in Tel Aviv including breakfast.
Room type: Classic room.
Guide: A professional licensed tour guide throughout the entire activity time.
Transportation: An escorting coach for all daily activities.
Security: A security guard/ first aid medic will accompany the group during all daily activities.

Meals:
Breakfast: All breakfasts are included.
Lunch: 4 lunches are included.
Dinners: Opening session welcome dinner at a restaurant in Tel Aviv. 
All the rest of the dinners are on your own expense in Tel Aviv after the daily activities.

Sites and activities:
Every day of activity includes volunteering where needed the most and a place of interest associated with the October events.

Daily volunteering:
Volunteering locations may change according to current need in Israel.

  • Agricultural farms.
  • Volunteering for soldiers.

Places of interest:
All days will be accompanied with a tour guide that will give a broad understanding of the current events in Israel.

  • Visit the Gaza envelope region and one of the Kibbutzim that was attacked.
  • Visit the Nova Festival site.
  • Visit wounded soldiers.   
  • Visit the hostage’s square in Tel Aviv, and potentially meet with one of the hostage’s relatives. 
  • Meet with a senior military/political expert.  
  • Lunch and hospitality by a member of the Druze minority in Israel. 
  • Visit the western wall in Jerusalem. 

The payment includes a donation to one of the support organizations that we will visit during the program.

Not included:

  • Flights.
  • Transportation to and from the airport.
  • Hotel early check in or late check out.
  • Travel health insurance. It is highly recommended to acquire your personal travel health insurance and be covered for your entire stay.
  • Evening expenses after the daily activities and all Dinners except on the first evening.
  • Personal expenses and tips.

Saturday: Optional tours will be offered for an additional cost.

Payment and cancellation conditions:

Stage 1:

  • Deposit of 150 US$ upon registration.
  • Cancellation fee of 50 $.

Stage 2:

  • Two weeks prior to the beginning of the mission and once the list of 25 volunteers is set, you can transfer the remaining payment of 1800$ to secure your place on the program.
  • Once the entire payment is completed the program is confirmed and the total amount paid is Nonrefundable!

Please note

In case of an official travel warning prohibiting overseas citizens from traveling to Israel after the program has been confirmed there will be a cancellation fee of 150$ to cover our expenses.

In case we need to cancel the program, there will be no cancelation fee. You can shift your deposit to a different date or claim full refund.
